About this guide, its method, and its limits
An independent guide that reads Kakobuy's claims against its own pages and dated measurements, and says plainly what it cannot know.
Checked against official pages captured 2026-10-10 · page reviewed 2026-10-16
Who writes this guide
Kakobuy Spreadsheet Structure Guide is an independent editorial site. It is not owned or run by Kakobuy, EVERYDAY GO INC or ANXIN SHOPPING CO., LTD, and Kakobuy does not review its pages. Category links lead to a product catalogue; orders happen on the official Kakobuy site.
Contact: [email protected]. Corrections are welcome, with a link or a screenshot and a date. This guide cannot answer questions about individual orders; those go to Kakobuy support.
Why this Spreadsheet sorts claims instead of scoring agents
A score would need data nobody publishes: how often an agent loses parcels, how quickly support answers, how often photos miss defects. Without that, any score is invented. So this guide does what can be checked: it reads each claim against the official page, files it as shared or load-bearing, and attaches a dated measurement where one exists.
That method has limits. It cannot tell you that one agent will treat you better than another. It can tell you which claims to ignore and which numbers to check on the day you pay.
Editorial method and sources
- Official Kakobuy pages were captured on 2026-10-10 in a logged-out browser: help articles, the estimator, announcements, the About, Contact and Privacy pages.
- Third-party figures (exchange-rate margins, service fees, free storage across agents) are independently measured values with their measurement dates. Their capture dates and calculation limits accompany the figures.
- Where official pages contradict each other, this guide shows the conflict and recommends confirming the applicable term in the account or with support.
- Figures with a short shelf life (freight, promotions, margins) carry dates and never appear in page titles.

What this guide does not cover
It does not review sellers, grade items or say whether a particular listing is worth buying; the catalogue shows finds, and the judgement is yours. It does not compare named agents, because a fair comparison needs measurements taken on the same day for each, and a page cannot stay current enough to do that honestly.
It does not cover customs law beyond what Kakobuy's own notices say about its subsidies. Duty rules belong to your country's customs authority, and the operator’s dated notices do not replace those rules. And it does not cover account problems: anything about a specific order goes to Kakobuy's support, which can see it.
How this site earns and what it links to
Category cards and the search box lead to a product catalogue; the guide may be supported by referral relationships with shopping services. Referral links can contain tracking parameters. Check the agent’s current price and offer terms before committing. Links to Kakobuy point to its official domain, kakobuy.com.
If a relationship ever changes what a page recommends, the page will say so next to the claim.
How to use a dated guide responsibly
Start with the explanation, then verify the detail that can change your payment or deadline. A screenshot establishes what a page displayed on its capture date; it does not establish today’s stock, fee or support performance. If a live checkout differs, save the current screen and ask the agent to explain the difference before paying. For a correction here, send the page URL, the specific sentence and a public source with its date. Do not send account passwords, payment details or unredacted order screenshots.
