Two companies on record, and what each one is good for
Kakobuy prints a US company on its About page and a UK company with a public number on its Contact and Privacy pages. Here is how to use those details and where they stop.

Kakobuy is a shopping agent with two named companies
The About page describes Kakobuy as an internet platform offering purchasing, freight forwarding, quality inspection, customs clearance, tax declaration and after-sales service, with international logistics provided by third-party companies. At its foot it prints a company: EVERYDAY GO INC, 1500 N Grant St #11646, Denver, CO 80203, United States.
The Contact page repeats that block and adds a second: ANXIN SHOPPING CO., LTD, company number 16947583, 37 Croydon Road, Beckenham, United Kingdom, BR3 4AB. The site footer reads “© 2022-2026 kakobuy”.
Checking the details yourself
- Open the Contact page and the Privacy Policy on the official site and note the company names, number and addresses. They should match the ones on this page; if they do not, the site has changed and this page is stale.
- Look up the UK company number on the UK public company register and compare the registered office with the address Kakobuy prints.
- Check that the name on your card statement after a top-up matches one of the entities, or note which payment processor appears instead.
- Keep the order numbers, payment receipts and a dated screenshot of the policy you relied on. A named company is only useful if you can show what you bought and under which terms.
None of this takes long, and doing it once before a large order costs less than untangling a dispute afterwards.
What a UK company number gives you
A UK company number identifies a record in the public register. It can help you distinguish similarly named companies and compare published details, but it does not prove service quality or identify the contracting party for every Kakobuy transaction. Check the actual agreement, payment receipt and support channel before selecting a recipient for an order or data enquiry.
The Privacy Policy is where the UK company matters most: it names KakoBuy as data controller, refers to the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and gives the UK company's name, number and address.
What the company details do not tell you
They do not tell you the warehouse address. The city is published, though not where you would look: help articles 52, 82 and 95 place the warehouse in Xiamen while explaining seller dispatch times and inbound forwarding, and the full street address is shown only after login. They do not give a founding year: the footer says 2022 to 2026 and help articles carry creation dates from 2020, so this guide prints neither as a founding date. And the About page's statement that the core team comes from Taobao, Douyin E-commerce, Amazon and UPS is Kakobuy's own description, not something this guide has verified.
Treat the companies as a contact point, not a credential.
Published product and account restrictions
Kakobuy publishes an anti-counterfeiting policy (help article 125) stating that products bought through it must be authentic, that buyers are responsible for buying only authentic products, and that breaches can lead to account suspension, withheld funds and disposal of goods. It also publishes China's import and export restriction lists and a risk warning that customs inspect first for counterfeits.
Read the policy applicable to the service you will use. A platform statement about permitted goods does not authenticate a seller’s item, and a warehouse appearance check does not replace the buyer’s own listing checks.
Signing up and the invitation field
Registration asks for an email, a password and an optional invitation code, with agreement to Kakobuy's registration protocol and privacy statement. The registration agreement and privacy statement are the documents that bind you, and the Privacy Policy is where the UK company appears.
The new-user offer printed beside the form changes; the dated announcement from 2024-09-22 offers ¥3000 (about $410) in coupons, mostly with spend thresholds. Check the current figure on the day.
Keep an order record, not just a company name
Save the seller URL, selected specification, order number, payment receipt and the support reply that answers your question. If the payee name is unfamiliar, ask which entity or processor collects the payment before making another top-up. Published company details help identify a contact, but registration alone does not establish solvency, delivery performance or which entity is responsible for your particular transaction.
