Thirteen Kakobuy claims, sorted into shared and load-bearing

Use the sorter to separate a broad service label from a condition you can compare. A common feature can still matter when its restrictions, price or evidence differ for your order.

The claims as Kakobuy prints them

Kakobuy's promotion page has two lists. “Why choose kakobuy” offers a free service fee, warehousing, easy payment, repacking, a quality check and insurance. “What makes kakobuy different” offers a lower exchange rate, inexpensive goods, low shipping prices and first-class customer service. The home page adds four standard steps: purchase orders, ship to warehouse, quality check, global shipping.

Read as a list, every item sounds like an advantage. Read against the rest of the market, most of them describe how any agent works. This guide focuses on conversion, storage, payment fees and company details because they can be compared with explicit evidence. Service quality, return handling and route eligibility also deserve a separate check.

Claim sorter: thirteen claims, two layers

The sorter’s two labels are an editorial reading aid. “Shared” means a broad service category also appears elsewhere; it does not establish identical contracts or outcomes. “Load-bearing” identifies a measurable input, but whether it matters depends on your actual basket and current terms.

Do not choose an agent by counting labels in the sorter. A single excluded product, inspection limit or unsuitable route can matter more than several favourable headline features. Use each row to find the condition to verify, then compare the same task with another service.

Why Kakobuy, in three honest parts

Common service categories. Buying assistance, appearance inspection, storage, consolidation and overseas shipping appear across shopping-agent services. Their availability, exclusions and charges need comparing individually; a familiar label is not evidence of identical terms.

Inputs to compare. The dated 8.5% combined conversion/service-cost measurement, normal-goods 100-day storage, payment-channel descriptions and published company details all give you questions to check. None alone establishes service reliability or a guaranteed advantage today.

Another service may fit if it can handle a product, inspection request, payment method or destination that your Kakobuy order cannot use. For electronics, ask about the exact test and return path before paying; the captured standard inspection excludes function testing. For long storage, compare confirmed deadlines and extension eligibility rather than a promotional maximum.

How to judge any agent by its structure

You can run the same test on any agent you are considering, without a comparison site. Four questions cover it, and each has an answer you can find in an afternoon.

  1. Find the conversion. Put the same yuan amount in the cart, note the amount charged in your currency, and compare it with the mid-market rate on the same hour. State which conversion, standard-service and payment-provider charges the comparison includes.
  2. Find the storage clock: how many free days, when the clock starts, what happens at the end, and what an extension costs.
  3. Find the payment fees per channel, not the headline. A surcharge on one method and none on another is normal; you need the one you will use.
  4. Find a company name, a registered address and, where the country has one, a public register number.

Also compare inspection scope, return exclusions, route eligibility and loss-cover terms. Similar service names do not establish identical conditions.

Other agents you'll also see

When considering another buying agent, confirm it accepts the actual seller link and requested service. Compare the same item, payment method, destination and estimated packed measurements. Do not assume every agent supports the same marketplaces, manual-order protections or shipping lines.

This guide does not compare named agents or place them in order. A single week's margin is a snapshot: the same third-party table moved by nearly twelve points for one agent between July and October 2026. Use the four questions above on whichever agents you are weighing, on the day you order.

Compare the exceptions before the headline

A service can be common across agents while its conditions still differ. Check the exact inspection scope, seller-return eligibility, restricted goods, storage expiry and insurance exclusions that apply to your basket. A general claim such as “free QC” cannot answer whether a sealed electronic item will be opened or tested. Use the sorter to find the right questions, then check the current policy on each service you are considering. A common label is not evidence that the contracts or outcomes are identical.
