Step 01 / 08
Select a product
Start with the current seller listing. The official guide first shows copying the item URL and pasting it into Kakobuy, then image search, then keyword search. These are alternatives for finding an item, not four separate orders.
Check that the search result is the product you intended to buy. Similar photos can belong to different sellers, sizes or versions; carry the actual listing link forward.

Step 02 / 08
Submit the purchasing order
Choose the colour, size and quantity from the current product page and review the agreement before adding the item to your cart or buying. A thumbnail is not enough to identify a variant; compare the selected text and any size chart.
If the listing cannot be read automatically, the official guide’s alternative is Fill & Buy. Enter the product link, name, specification, price and domestic delivery carefully, and read the manual-order restrictions. Use the current Kakobuy form and terms.
Step 03 / 08
Pay for goods and domestic delivery
The first payment covers the item and delivery from the seller to the warehouse. International freight is separate and comes later. Check the currency conversion, amount credited and any payment-channel fee before confirming.
Official help pages publish conflicting PayPal formulas. Do not infer the charge from the historical screenshot; use the amount displayed in your own checkout. Understand the fee lines.
Step 04 / 08
Wait for purchasing and warehouse delivery
Kakobuy reviews the request and places the purchase with the seller. The seller then dispatches the goods to the warehouse. Follow the actual order status and messages if a price, variant or stock issue needs a reply.
The timings in the official tutorial are examples, not a delivery commitment for your seller. Keep the order number and avoid treating payment confirmation as proof that the item has already shipped.
Step 05 / 08
Check quality inspection and storage
After warehouse arrival, open the actual photos for that order. Compare the size label, colour, quantity and visible details with the selected listing. Ask for a specific additional image or measurement if the evidence does not answer your question.
Visual QC cannot establish authenticity, durability or electronic function. Check return eligibility promptly; the captured five-day terms use 120 hours from “Stocked in”. Storage has its own clock and does not extend the return window. Use the QC checklist.
Step 06 / 08
Submit the overseas shipment and pay
Select the items that are ready to travel together. Enter and check the complete delivery address, then choose packaging according to the contents. Removing a box can change protection as well as volume; decide before you submit.
Read the eligible line’s restrictions, weight rules, duty wording and optional cover. Packed chargeable weight can differ from item weight because packaging and volumetric rules matter. The historical Poland routes and amounts pictured below do not establish today’s availability or prices.
Review the final parcel checkout and any eligible coupon, then make the second payment for international shipping and the displayed services. Check the two payment checkpoints.

Step 07 / 08
Follow packing, outbound and shipping
The warehouse packs and dispatches the parcel, and the logistics view shows the information available for the shipment. A period without a scan does not by itself prove loss; different stages and carriers update at different times.
Use the parcel number when asking support about a status that needs clarification. Keep any quoted transit range as a planning estimate, and read the selected line’s conditions if you need to report a delay or delivery problem.
Step 08 / 08
Inspect delivery and confirm receipt
When the parcel arrives, check the packaging and contents against the order before confirming receipt. Keep clear photos of genuine damage, missing items or a mismatch, including the relevant packaging and shipping label in your private support record.
Raise a problem through the order or parcel support channel with a specific description. Once you are satisfied the delivery is correct, use the confirmation action shown in the official tutorial.
Links Kakobuy cannot crawl
Weidian, Xianyu, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili and Yupoo links go through Fill & Buy, a manual form for link, name, specification, unit price and domestic shipping. If the price is unknown, the form suggests entering 1 yuan and waiting for the buyer to request the difference.
Read the current manual-order waiver. The captured form says: Kakobuy can only help locate the seller, cannot verify quality or authenticity, offers no after-sales service on these links, and does not allow refunds, cancellations or changes once paid. Other services may apply different manual-order conditions; compare the actual terms before paying.
Choosing a line for your country
When items are ready, the waybill page lists the lines that serve your address with a price, a transit range and notes. The notes matter more than the price. Kakobuy's own tutorial shows a Polish address offered an EU special line delivered by InPost, several Europe tariffless lines cleared in the Netherlands or Belgium, and DHL lines, each with different working-day ranges.
Read three things before you pick: whether the line accepts what is in the box (batteries, liquids, shoes in boxes), whether duties are included or collected on arrival, and whether the line has a minimum or maximum weight. Then pick on transit range and price. A low quote on a line that refuses perfume costs more once the parcel comes back.
How to choose a seller once the agent is settled
The agent buys from whichever seller you link, so the seller decides most of what arrives.
- Use relevant buyer photos as one piece of evidence. Confirm they show the same seller, variant and recent order; photos alone do not establish what your order will contain.
- Read the size chart in centimetres and compare with a garment you own, not with your usual size letter.
- Check how long the shop has listed the item. A listing that has sold steadily for months is easier to judge.
- Watch for the same photo on several shops at very different prices. The photo proves nothing about which shop ships what.
- Leave a remark on the order for the buyer when the variant is ambiguous: colour code, size, left or right.

How to choose an item before you pay
Decide the weight before you decide the agent. A pair of boots in its box can weigh more than three hoodies, and some lines have a relatively expensive first weight step. If you are building a haul, compare a realistic packed estimate before deciding which items belong in the same parcel.
Check whether the item can travel on the lines to your country. Batteries, liquids, powders and magnetic items are limited to specific lines; fragrance and power banks are the usual surprises. Then check the return window: if an item is excluded from the five-day guarantee (custom-made, underwear, items with tags removed, second-hand), do not assume a later return will be available. Resolve material questions before paying and check the current seller and service terms.

Things to watch before you pay
- Coupons with thresholds. Most coupons apply to shipping above a spend level; a ¥300 coupon over ¥2,000 does nothing for a ¥900 parcel.
- Two conversions. The payment provider or card issuer may convert currency. Check the final debit currency and each conversion before confirming; do not assume that the displayed yuan-to-dollar example is the only conversion.
- Light parcels on heavy-minimum lines. Some lines will not take a parcel under 2 kg; the estimator greys them out.
- Declarations. Generic names are refused, and false declarations can mean return and fines (help article 44).
- Authenticity. Kakobuy's anti-counterfeiting policy makes the buyer responsible for buying only authentic products; breaches can cost the account and the goods.
