Halloween Fest 2026: the separate offer dates
The retained notice dated 9 October 2026 describes a shipping-subsidy window of 10–16 October in Beijing time, with separate subsidy-credit expiry on 30 November. It also describes a coupon pack running 10–31 October and a 15–16 October flash-sale window. Those dates refer to different offer stages. Open the current announcement and your coupon terms to check redemption, expiry, eligible lines and spend thresholds before relying on any amount.
Treat a coupon as conditional credit against a specific eligible charge. If using it requires a more expensive route, extra goods or unnecessary balance, compare the whole payable amount rather than the discount headline.
EU and US customs notices
The EU notice dated 23 June 2026 and the US notice dated 17 April 2025 describe Kakobuy’s own route and subsidy arrangements. They are historical operator statements, not independent explanations of today’s customs law. Verify the selected line’s current terms and the destination authority’s requirements.
US tax-free routes, as announced
The notice dated 2025-04-17 and signed by the Kakobuy team makes three points. Kakobuy provides tax-free routes for American users. Routes that are not tax-exempt require users to clear customs themselves. And tax-free routes cost slightly more than standard USPS lines, by approximately $5 to $10 per package.
The US notice was still linked in the retained 10 October capture, but being linked does not prove every old price or condition remains available. Check duty wording, exclusions and required documents on the specific route. Article 109 describes a payment-order screenshot; confirm whether the recipient’s actual clearance request needs additional documents.
Older figures this guide replaced
- Storage extension: ¥20 per order per 100 days (June 2026 copy of help article 120) replaced by ¥10 per order per 30 days (October 2026).
- Currencies: eleven in a May 2026 capture, twelve on 2026-10-10 with NOK added.
- PayPal surcharge: official articles 64 and 99 list 3.5% plus US$0.30, while official article 65 lists 2.9% plus US$0.30 and contains a screenshot using a different formula. These undated variants are unresolved; confirm the current checkout charge.
- US 1 kg freight: a third-party table dated 2026-10-02 shows a lower figure than Kakobuy's own estimator showed on 2026-10-10. This guide prints only the estimator's dated quotes.
- Sign-up gift: the home page card, the promotion page and the registration page state different amounts on the same day. This guide prints only the dated announcement figure.

Check eligibility before changing a buying plan
Read the announcement’s start and end dates in its stated timezone, then check the coupon’s own expiry, minimum spend and eligible shipping lines in your account. A coupon pack’s face value is not cash and does not show how much a particular parcel will save. Compare the payable checkout amount with and without an eligible coupon. If you would need to buy extra goods or choose a more expensive route to use it, the headline discount may not reduce your total. Open current official announcements.
